George III mahogany serving table / side table

A good George III mahogany serving table / side table in the manner of Chippendale, of large proportions with a great presence; the rectangular mahogany top with a moulded edge above the exceptional carved blind fret freize of a Chinese Chippendale inspired design.  The square legs with similar blind fret carving headed with fantastic corner brackets having good pierced carving and larger than the norm.  The legs terminating in unusual cavetto moulded block feet.
