A stylish Regency mahogany hall bench / window seat in the neoclassical taste, having an excellent colour and patination; the well figured rectangular seat, having an inset reeding and scrolled ends with turned roundels to either side; the well figured shallow frieze raised on exaggerated sabre legs. Finished on both sides, so can be used freestanding.
English circa 1820
Very good condition in well chosen mahogany with a great colour and patination.
