C18th Italian walnut inlaid commode with unusual inlaid banding; the well figured quarter veneered bookmatched top with an unusual inlaid band of a stylish design and retaining vibrant colours with a crossbanded border. The two full width drawers with bookmatched fronts and echoing the stylish banding; raised on square tapering legs headed with inlaid semi-circles. The sides also in bookmatched walnut and banded.
