Good quality Regency mahogany side table by Toplis St Paul's Churchyard London; the very well figured solid mahogany top above two frieze drawers being fully mahogany lined and retaining original rosewood turned knob handles; both drawers stamped "Toplis - St Pauls"; raised on turned tapering legs.  James Toplis was one of the renouned St Paul's Churchyard cabinet makers occupying premises at 22 St Paul's Churchyard London between 1810 and 1828.
