Late C19th walnut 'Pugin' design Gillows writing table, the rectangular top with a blue coloured leather with gilt tooling, with shaped corner brackets below and a frieze drawer with ash linings stamped 'Gillows Lancaster' raised on block and turned supports; with 'H' stretcher with exposed pegged joints and unusual brass castors stamped 'Copes Patent'.
