A good pair of English C19th japanned tole tea canisters of typical cylindrical form, with lovely original green and gilt decoration.  The domed tops retaining their original lids, and the fronts each with a different Chinese scene of figures in a landscape.  Base stamped Maker, G Sutcliffe, Manchester
