A good George III mahogany, Gillows library bookcase.  The molded cornice above a pair of of astragal glazed doors, the base with a pair of very well figured mahogany doors with typical Gillows moldings on a shallow plinth base; the top and base flanked by panelled side pilasters; the base enclosing 4 long mahogany drawers with original gilded rococco handles.  Circa 1810  Dimensions (ins) 95 h x 60 w x 20 d.  A fabulous, slightly faded colour.
