Large C19th oil painting of a horse and terrier by John McLeod; the oil on canvas of a Bay horse standing with an alert expression with a long haired terrier playing at his feet. The stable interior depicting a wooden hayrack and his horse rug draped over the manger. Housed in its original, good quality, gilt swept frame with an ebonised slip. Signed and dated John McLeod 1857.
