Dimensions:
An impressive early C19th carved marble tazza on pedestal; the circular shallow bowl, with a bold moulded rim and gadroon carving to the whole of the underside, the tapering column intricately carved with trailing foliage incorporating a pair of grotesque masks with large acanthus leaves and a border of anthemions below; the triform base incorporating an open book and cameos to the sides with scrolled corner supports terminating in lion paw feet.
