Splendid Regency rosewood and parcel gilt open bookcase / side cabinet; with leather dummy books and unusual form; the shaped 'Bleu Turquin' marble top with a fine brass pierced gallery of an unusual vitruvian scroll design; resting on the shaped rosewood panelled frieze with parcel gilt mouldings. Above the central aperture of 3 compartments with fixed mahogany shelves edged with leather dummy books. The angled sides echoing the same design with additional faux books. Flanked by gilded fluted pillars raised on turned toupie feet with gilt collars.
