Good quality late C19th set of golden oak library steps of large proportions; the large rectangular platform top step above two inset smaller treads housed on a traditional 'A' frame with shaped aprons and united by plain stretchers. The rear supports raised on the original large brass cap castors and having unusual rubber wheels. The left hand side having the useful feature of a large turned oak supporting rail, terminating with a turned knop finial.

Very good condition being strong and sturdy and suitable for regular use.
